Eric Rheinschild - Founder & Managing Member
Eric Rheinschild’s education and experience includes a Master’s degree in civil engineering and years working in real estate development, project planning and construction management. In 2007 he realized the goal of blending his expertise into valuable estate management services, and hence established Rheinschild & Associates.
Eric’s strength lies in his ties to the community, logistics management, reliability and the personal touch he provides to every project. He is an engineer at heart, and a relentless problem solver.
Having lived in Santa Barbara for decades, Eric has long standing relationships with the best local and reliable property service providers. He negotiates the best rates and receives priority service with trusted local vendors.
Bri Valiante - Estate Manager
Originally from Newport Beach, Bri Valiante moved to Santa Barbara in 2007 pursuing an education in real estate sales. While working as a licensed realtor, Bri joined forces with Rheinschild & Associates and brought her customer focus to the team.
Today Bri manages many facets of the business including administration work, bookkeeping, scheduling and project management. Bri is extremely detail oriented, organized and efficient at managing multiple projects at once. She exemplifies professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
Eric and Bri pride themselves as a complementary team unsurpassed by any other estate management business in the area.
